  • Restraining methods

  • Joint breaking techniques

  • Combination joint locking

  • Control and redirection techniques

  • Arresting and pain-compliance techniques

MEDITATION AND BREATHING

  • Meditation and breathing postures

  • Concentration techniques

FALLING AND ACROBATICS

  • Body conditioning and agility techniques
